The prime sailing seasons are spring (April-May) and autumn (September-October), when weather conditions are typically mild and comfortable for shore excursions. Our operational season runs from March through December.

To confirm your booking, a 20% deposit is required within 14 days. The final balance is due 60 days prior to departure. Full payment is required for bookings made within 60 days of sailing.

Cancellations must be received in writing. Charges are applied on a sliding scale based on the notice period, from 60 days or more (20% fee) to within 29 days of departure (100% fee). The initial deposit is non-refundable. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.

Yes. A 75% single supplement applies for solo travelers. All suites can accommodate a third adult at a reduced rate, and we offer infant pricing with a complimentary baby cot upon request.

Wheelchairs are available on board & permitted, and a guest lift serves all guest cabin decks. Please note that some shore excursions may involve steps or uneven terrain due to variable river conditions. We recommend discussing your specific needs with our team at the time of booking.

The Captain reserves the right to modify the itinerary for safety, weather, or operational reasons. While we endeavor to provide equivalent alternatives, no refunds are issued for such necessary changes.

A licensed doctor is on call 24/7, with consultation and medical services available at a fee. For emergencies, we coordinate with onshore medical facilities at the nearest port.
